you get sketches made into clothes?

fashion designer and so far I have only gotten my idea's down on paper. I am in the process of starting my own fashion label but there are a few set backs. I have no formal training on stitching and dress making. I was wondering if any one new the name of a person job who takes sketches of clothes and turns in into an actually piece of clothing?
